Q. How secure is RiderStop.com?

Q. What shipping method do you use?

A. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground. We will also utilize USPS when shipping to a P. O. Box or for small orders where it would be quicker than Ground delivery. Click Here for additional Shipping Information.
 

Q. Do you ship Internationally?

A. At this time, we are not set up to ship outside the U.S. and Canada.  In an effort to better serve the International Community, we are looking into methods of shipping Internationally at a more affordable rate.

    NOTE:  Once the International Shipping Process is in place, all import duties / tariffs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
     

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. For your convenience, RiderStop.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards for payment. You may also pay using your PayPal account.  Payments are processed through PayPal, but you are not required to have a PayPal account.
 

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Standard deliver orders will normally arrive within 2 - 7 business days after shipment. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours (1 business day) of order placement Orders placed over the weekend will normally ship the following Monday..
 

Q. How do I change the quantity of an item in my Shopping Cart?

A. To change the number of item ordered, highlight the number in the Qty column and type in the new quantity. Then click the “Update” button. If you wish to continue shopping, simply click the “Continue Shopping” button to return to the last page viewed.
 

Q. How do I remove an item from my Shopping Cart?

A. To remove an item from your shopping card, locate the checkbox next tot he item name and check the box. Then click the “Delete” button. If you wish to continue shopping, simply click the “Continue Shopping” button to return to the last page viewed.
 

Q. Can I make changes after my order has been submitted?

A. Unfortunately, we cannot accept order changes once they have been submitted. Once you submit your order, it is first verified and then automatically transferred to the shipping department to ensure that orders are filled and shipped as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours (1 business day) of order placement.

A. We carry an assortment of name-brand leather apparel in order to provide the highest quality apparel at the most affordable price.  USA Bikers Dream Apparel is one of the top names for quality leather motorcycle apparel. We also carry jackets, chaps, and vests from Allstate Leather and First Manufacturing. Our labels cover a wide range of textures and styles, while offering quality apparel that is durable, easy to maintain, and resistant to dirt and water. Leather Apparel maintains its integrity and takes on the shape of the wearer, making it more comfortable with daily use. We carry only the finest in Genuine Cowhide, Naked Leather, and Buffalo hide garments. We do not carry any split leather apparel in our store.
 

Q. What is naked leather?

A. There are several different types of leather. Naked leather is a leather that has not been altered in any way (other than dye) which would alter the natural state of the leather. For additional information about different types of leather, Click Here.
 

Q. How do I know what size to order?

A. Please refer to our Sizing Information page for complete sizing details.
 

Q. How can I adjust the length of my leather chaps?

A. Our chaps are designed to be “cut to fit”. Since leather has no threads to fray and no hems, you simply mark and cut with scissors.
Please Note: Once the product has been altered, we cannot exchange it or refund your money.
